Candidate Summary

I have been working for 15 years in international sales and marketing experience in High Tech solutions. Besides, I have the ability to manage a network of channels across Europe and to sale also in direct to key account.

For the past 10 years, I have been involved in developing business and implementing marketing plans and channel forecasts on a pan-European level. I report to a VP Sales based oversea. I am eager to build long-term business relationships in the Broadcast, Telecom and Video surveillance. A Sales Channel development position or a Country Manager position is an opportunity that I want to follow actively.

I have organized marketing operations - trade shows, conferences, and road shows in co-ordination with local channels. I helped my distributors and resellers to close orders and visit end users. I have wide experience of project management and working on large project tenders at Board level.

To conclude, I am used to having full responsibility for Sales operations. Moreover, I can lead team in planning focused account developments and I assume direction of an existing activity. I am able to build realistic quarterly forecasts and write monthly sales reports. Candidate Motivation

First of all, I like to develop projects from scratch. I enjoy working for English speaking companies who have a Europe wide focus, which gives me a chance to travel, meet new people and win new clients in my region.

Since the last 25 years Tyco Traffic (ex Philips Projects BU), as a leading integrator in the traffic Video surveillance and management field. We provide surveillance and incident detection on motorways (DAI), urban and city centre road networks based on Closed Circuit Television Systems. We are the developer of the POSM software and super viewer.

I reply to national tender in the Video surveillance, CCTV, Security market for Road, Train, Subway, Tunnels, and Cities. Brands represented - American Dynamics, Bosch Security, Pelco, ATEME, NKF, DELL, Barco, HP, Citilog, Traficon.

Net Insight - France / Benelux
Regional Sales Manager (Representative office)

Founded in 1997, quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange since 1999. Global Sales: € 10 M with 70 staff. This is a manufacturer of next generation SDH/Sonet networking equipment (switch, Router). Distribution and Real Time Transport of high quality voice, data, TV and video related services.

Customers and targets were Telco's, CATV, and Broadcasters: UPC, RTL, Eurovision (EBU), TDF, Globecast, Versatel and Verizon. In 2005 I achieved a turnover in my region: € 686 K with two customers (representing a growth rate of 200% compared to 2004)..

Assignments: Develop & apply strategies for key European accounts in the Triple play and IP TV. I established strategic relationships with CTO, CEO and R&D manager. I reply to open tender with the help of the Presales people.

Achievements: I won from scratch two larges orders (RTL in Luxemburg and Globecast a France Telecom subsidiary based in Paris), after 6 months of sales cycle. I managed direct sales and I negotiated one reseller (3rd maintenance party) agreement in France. I won contracts worth nearly € 2.2 millions over 2 years (2005 - 2007).

I developed an OEM network across Europe in the Broadband Multimedia. ATEME is a limited company of 135 employees with a turnover of € 11 M in 2004. A leader and provider of MPEG2, MPEG4 audio & video compression solutions. Providing to broadcasters, Telco's and CCTV providers, audio or video algorithms.

Selling to OEM's and Manufacturers - Texas Instruments, Ahead Software (Nero), Vbrick, Tandberg, Thomson, Tyco, Polycom, Bosh Security, Siemens, and BARCO. The core business was consulting, engineering and support services. Offering hardware and software solutions in digital video and signal processing. I won an order of € 300 K with Thomson.

Country Manager & Business Director
(Founder from scratch of the Representative Office in Paris). I managed in direct Sales.

Quoted in NASDAQ: OBAS. Revenues for 2001: $ US 29.4 M / 160 employees. Responsible for Business Development in France and Benelux.

Achieved Target of $ US 1.1 M / year, representing a Growth rate of 46% compared to 2000. I developed market for MPEG2 encoding decoding products. I launched MPEG4 streaming solutions and DVB-ASI/IP conversion solutions. I organized and participated in conferences and trade shows as a speaker.

Market: Post Prod, Broadcast TV, Telco, Cable TV, IP Networking, Video streaming, VOD, CCTV.

Customers: Channels, VAR, OEM (Alcatel, Nortel, Alsthom,Thales Broadcast, TF1, France Télévisions, Canal Plus Technologies, SGT, Artsum), and distributors who sell to resellers, TV's, CATV's, Telco's , Post Production Houses. Quoted in NASDAQ: CCUR. Revenues for 1999: € 4 M. I built this BU in 1997 for the French subsidiary. CCUR is an American manufacturer of Real Time information systems, Pay per View and Video on Demand service provider, and offers digital and analogue video servers (MPEG2), Streaming Video over Ethernet or ATM networks (IP based).

I achieved a target in 1999: € 500 K / year. Coverage of hotel entertainment and leisure industry by providing VOD for CATV (Residential) and information systems for training over IP, kiosks, museums.

Selling new technologies in the field of high-end multimedia, digital video - MJPEG for editing solution. Wholesale importer of graphic (CAD-CAM, 3D Autodesk) and multimedia add-ons, CCTV, virtual AVID™ editing systems and image software. The company is a subsidiary of TECHEXPORT INC. a Boston based firm founded in 1971.

Revenues for the FY 1995: € 2.2 M. Market: Post Prod, NVOD, MPEG, CCTV and broadcasting.
